Assist victims in understand the collection process and collect the maximum dollar amount of restitution whenever and however possible.The Collections Investigator is responsible to interview all defendants not paying in full on the date of sentencing from County and District Court, setting up payment plans whenever necessary that are reasonable and fair both to the courts and the defendant, and assure to the best of their ability full payment of all court-ordered assessed fines, fees, costs and restitution.You can conduct a search for FINRA disciplinary actions that were issued during 2005 or later, and are eligible for publication pursuant to FINRA Rule 8313 (Release of Disciplinary Complaints, Decisions and Other Information).Results will also include opinions issued by the SEC and federal appellate courts that relate to FINRA disciplinary actions that have been appealed.The expectation of the Collections Investigator Program is to increase the overall compliance of payment orders assessed by the courts by: 1.Collecting the maximum dollar amount toward assessments on the date of sentencing 2.USCIS determines if a juvenile meets the requirements for SIJ classification by adjudicating a Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant.For more information on the SIJ classification, see USCIS Policy Manual, Volume 6, Part J – Special Immigrant Juveniles.
